Orders typically ship within 3–4 weeks. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on availability.

 

 

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns accepted for 30 days.
  • Return items must be new, in the original packaging, and show no signs of wear, damage, abuse or alteration. Failure to meet these conditions may cause denial of your return request.
  • Customer must provide receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Customer provides return shipping.
  • If you wish to return your order, you must first obtain a Return Authorization.

If your return is accepted, customer is responsible for paying return shipping through their carrier of choice. Package the product as carefully as when it was received to ensure it arrives in good condition with no damage.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at jtorres@micronmeasurement.com
